About Me

In the art of storytelling, the power lies not only in the message itself, but in the way it's delivered. It's not merely what you say, but how you say it, that leaves a lasting impact.

My love affair with stories traces back to my childhood days spent in the countryside. There, beneath the shade of a chinaberry tree or on the front porch of my grandparents’ house, I found solace in the company of books. Despite the scorching summer sun, the allure of literature never waned; it became my sanctuary, my haven of imagination.

Yet, the path to my vocation was not immediately clear. Despite the encouragement of my high school journalism teacher, I regarded my love for the written word as nothing more than a cherished pastime. It wasn't until I faced academic adversity that the true calling of storytelling revealed itself—a path ordained for me from the outset.

Prior to embarking on my entrepreneurial journey, I pursued higher education at The University of Alabama, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. My professional journey began in journalism, where I served as a news reporter for a local daily newspaper and later assumed the role of managing editor for a local weekly. Freelancing and ghostwriting for diverse clients further enriched my storytelling repertoire.

Rooted in faith as a child of The King, every word I pen is imbued with purpose and meaning.

My mission is to empower individuals—small business owners, speakers, consultants—to transcend their inner barriers and embrace their latent potential as authors. I offer guidance, support, and meticulous refinement to established and emerging authors alike, transforming their manuscripts into finished masterpieces.

Today, I proudly call the serene countryside of Adamsville, Alabama my home—a sanctuary where creativity thrives and stories come to life, alongside my cherished husband.
